Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also accept HSA/FSA cards and provide a Good Faith Estimate so fees are always transparent.

What types of therapy do you offer?
I work with both individuals and couples. My focus areas include sex therapy, intimacy concerns, betrayal recovery, religious or cultural trauma, and body-based approaches like Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS).
For couples, I offer both ongoing weekly therapy and stand-alone Couples Therapy Intensives. Weekly sessions (60–90 minutes) provide steady, ongoing support. Couples Therapy Intensives are 4-hour deep-dive sessions designed for focused, accelerated work, and include the Gottman Relationship Checkup as part of the process.

What is Somatic IFS therapy?
Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a body-based approach that helps you connect with the parts of yourself that carry pain, shame, or protection. By using awareness, breath, and movement, Somatic IFS helps clients heal disconnection from their body and restore a sense of wholeness.

Can therapy help after infidelity?
Yes. Many couples come to me after betrayal or an affair. I help partners process the rupture, rebuild trust, and decide how to move forward together.
