Integrative Sex Therapy & Somatic Healing in Alexandria, Virginia
Specializing in sexual shame, trauma, and religious wounds through a somatic and relational approach. Together we’ll create space for the body, mind, and spirit to reconnect.
Services
Healing takes space. That’s why all new clients begin with a 90-minute in-person session at my Alexandria office. This extended time allows us to ground in the body, hear your story, and begin the deeper work without rushing.
From there, sessions can be tailored to your needs — whether that means continuing with 90 minutes, or shifting to shorter sessions for focused work and maintenance.
Most clients choose 90 minutes because it allows for deeper transformation and provides better value per minute than a shorter session.

What I do
I help people who feel disconnected — from themselves, their relationships, or their faith. Whether you’re untangling religious or cultural trauma, struggling with anger or resentment, or searching for intimacy without shame, you don’t have to do it alone. As a neurodivergent-allied and sex-positive therapist, I offer a structured, compassionate space to bring all your parts forward — the messy, the questioning, the hopeful — and discover what’s possible when you rewrite your story of self in relation to community, culture, and desire.
-
We start with presence — a body scan, a breath, or simply checking in with what’s alive for you right now. This helps us ground and see what parts of you are asking for attention.
-
Together, we gently tease apart your thoughts, emotions, and stories. We give language to what’s been silenced, misnamed, or carried alone — so that the truth of your experience can finally take shape.
-
Before closing, we’ll identify one small thing you can carry forward — a practice, a reframe, or simply awareness. You leave with a lantern that shines just a bit brighter, guiding you through the unknown.
