Services

Individual Therapy

  • A space for unlearning, reconnection, and returning to yourself.

I work with adults navigating trauma, identity shifts, and the ache of disconnection — from their body, emotions, or sense of “why.” Many clients come to me after doing years of “holding it together,” only to realize that survival strategies like shutting down, staying small, or avoiding anger now feel heavy.

Together, we use a structured, compassionate process: grounding in the body, naming the parts of you that show up, and experimenting with new ways of being. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and narrative therapy to help you rewrite your story of self in relation to family, faith, and culture.

This isn’t about erasing emotions like rage, grief, or desire — it’s about making space for them, listening to what they carry, and using that wisdom as fuel for reconnection. You’ll leave with clear takeaways, small practices, and a renewed sense of direction — like carrying a lantern that shines a little brighter as you move forward.

  • In-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, and CareFirst BCBS. For those using out-of-network benefits I can provide a superbill.

    Individual therapy:

    • $175 for 60 minutes

    • $225 for 75 minutes

    • $275 for 90 minutes

Couples Therapy

  • A space for honesty, repair, and rebuilding.

I work with couples navigating trust ruptures — from infidelity to the quiet “micro-betrayals” that chip away at safety over time. Together, we’ll unpack what broke trust, how to name needs with clarity, and what it takes to begin again.

Some couples come to strengthen intimacy — whether emotional, physical, or sexual — and others are preparing for commitment through premarital counseling. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) for couples, attachment work, and structured dialogue so both partners feel seen, even when conversations are hard.

This isn’t about deciding who’s “right” or “wrong.” It’s about creating a container where honesty, repair, and reconnection can grow.

  • Couples therapy is private pay only. I do not accept insurance for couples therapy.

    • $200 for 60 minutes

    • $260 for 90 minutes

    • $320 for 120 minutes

What I do

I help people who feel disconnected — from themselves, their relationships, or their faith. Whether you’re untangling religious or cultural trauma, struggling with anger or resentment, or searching for intimacy without shame, you don’t have to do it alone. As a neurodivergent-allied and sex-positive therapist, I offer a structured, compassionate space to bring all your parts forward — the messy, the questioning, the hopeful — and discover what’s possible when you rewrite your story of self in relation to community, culture, and desire.

  • We start with presence — a body scan, a breath, or simply checking in with what’s alive for you right now. This helps us ground and see what parts of you are asking for attention.

  • Together, we gently tease apart your thoughts, emotions, and stories. We give language to what’s been silenced, misnamed, or carried alone — so that the truth of your experience can finally take shape.

  • Before closing, we’ll identify one small thing you can carry forward — a practice, a reframe, or simply awareness. You leave with a lantern that shines just a bit brighter, guiding you through the unknown.
